Abraham Lincoln: Signed Ship's  Request for  Passport   8 1/4” x 5”  document signed by President "Abraham Lincoln" and Secretary of State "William H. Seward" 

The document was signed by Abraham Lincoln preceding his death. It remains one of a very few documents in existence that were signed by him prior to the completion of a ship’s request for passport .

Condition; Matting:  (7 1/4” x 10 1/4”) (Document: 8 1/4" x  5") (Site: 6 1/4" x 3 1/8") measurements approximately. The document is in excellent condition; well preserved with an exceptionally legible signature signed by Abraham Lincoln, purchased at a New Hampshire estate and remains in the original matted holder
